Please join us for the IES Fundamentals of Lighting. This course is an introduction to all aspects of the lighting design process.

About this Event

Please join us for the IES Fundamentals of Lighting. This course is geared to anyone with an interest in Architectural Lighting, including Lighting Designers, Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers, Students, Lighting Sales, Facilities Managers, etc. The course provides an introduction to all aspects of the lighting design process.

The Fundamentals of Lighting consists of 10 modules. Each module is taught by an experienced professional in the fields of lighting and electrical design. The course is qualified for 20 IES CEU’s / 20 AIA HSW LU’s / 20 USGBC CE’s. Attendees must attend all modules to receive course continuing education credits. Certificates of completion will be provided to attendees.

Course Student Materials are not included in the course fee. Course Student Materials may be purchased through the IES Bookstore at www.ies.org. Course materials are not required, but are nice to have to follow along.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both day.

WSP is within walking distance from Rosslyn Metro (Orange Line). Parking is not included. A nearby parking garage is at 1616 Fort Myer Drive, Arlington, VA 22209. Street parking is free in Arlington on the weekends.
