Mr. Licitra and Mr. Baker will discuss the ongoing efforts in both the public and government sectors.

  • As Executive Director of the IES, Tim Licitra is responsible for the overall management of IES, implementing organizational strategy, leading IES staff and volunteers, managing operational priorities and programs, and developing and implementing IES’s relevant plans and policies, all designed to meet the needs of the Society’s members.
